Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS6KA4 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RPS6KA4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS6KA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
