The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RPS6KA4 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS6KA4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
