Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, TIGAR, and ATM. Each is linked with RPS6KA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by RPS6KA4-low versus RPS6KA4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
