Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,109 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide antigen transport, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of fibroblast proliferation. Each is linked with RPS6KA4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptide antigen transport grouped by RPS6KA4-low versus RPS6KA4-high in BONE.
