The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPS6KA3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPS6KA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
