Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,786 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6KA3_S715, OCRL, and EIF4B. Each is linked with RPS6KA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA3 versus RPS6KA3_S715 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
