Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,777 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, CD1E, and JAML. Each is linked with RPS6KA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA3 versus GRAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
