Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS6KA1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS6KA1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPS6KA1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS6KA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS6KA1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
