Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,258 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP11, ATP5IF1, and PAFAH2. Each is linked with RPS6KA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA1 results are reported.
