Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, GTSE1, and E2F2. Each is linked with RPS6KA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by RPS6KA1-low versus RPS6KA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS6KA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS6KA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
