Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS6KA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with RPS6KA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by RPS6KA1-low versus RPS6KA1-high in UCEC.
