Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS6KA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,147 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS6KA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hepatic stellate cell activation, Positive regulation of hepatic stellate cell activation, and TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with RPS6KA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS6KA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPS6KA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of hepatic stellate cell activation grouped by RPS6KA1-low versus RPS6KA1-high in STOMACH.
