Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS4XP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS4XP6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPS4XP6 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS4XP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and READ show a favorable association.

LUSC, SARC, and READ are the cancer types where RPS4XP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
