The most reproducible RPS4XP18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RPS4XP18 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4XP18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4XP18 results are reported.
