RPS4XP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4XP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4XP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4_S120, TPX2_S738, and XPO5. Each is linked with RPS4XP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4XP10-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4XP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS4XP10 versus MCM4_S120 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4XP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4XP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
