RPS4X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4X RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,070 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4X-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23A, RPL10A, and RPS18. Each is linked with RPS4X in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4X-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4X→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
