RPS4X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4X RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,013 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4X-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS4Y1, DDX3Y, and DDX3Y_S592. Each is linked with RPS4X in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4X-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS4X→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS4X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
