Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS4X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS4X-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-2, MCUR1P2, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with RPS4X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS4X-to-partner and partner-to-RPS4X results are reported.
