Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3AP47 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS3AP47 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RPS3AP47 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3AP47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

THCA, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RPS3AP47 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
