Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3AP36 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS3AP36 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPS3AP36 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3AP36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LGG show a favorable association.
CESC, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RPS3AP36 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
