Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3AP35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS3AP35 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RPS3AP35 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3AP35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and GBM show a favorable association.

THCA, COAD, and LGG are the cancer types where RPS3AP35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
