Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3AP28 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RPS3AP28’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RPS3AP28 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RPS3AP28 is over-expressed in tumor.

LUAD, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS3AP28 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
