RPS3AP22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3AP22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,906 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3AP22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, SERPINB1, and PSIP1. Each is linked with RPS3AP22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3AP22-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3AP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP22 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3AP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3AP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
