Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3AP16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS3AP16 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS3AP16 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3AP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and MESO show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where RPS3AP16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
