RPS3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,268 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HELZ2, HPF1, and RRBP1_S615. Each is linked with RPS3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3A versus HELZ2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
