RPS3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,581 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, ABCA8, and C1QTNF7. Each is linked with RPS3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3A versus KLHDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
