RPS3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, EIF3JP1, and SYPL1P1. Each is linked with RPS3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by RPS3A-low versus RPS3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
