RPS3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,627 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF4, NOL3, and PLXNB3. Each is linked with RPS3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3A versus HSF4 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
