Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and LUAD are the cancer types where RPS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
