Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,436 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POPDC2, C1QTNF7, and CLEC14A. Each is linked with RPS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS3 versus POPDC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
