RPS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with RPS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS3-to-partner and partner-to-RPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RPS3-low versus RPS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
