RPS2P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2P7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBL3, UTP25, and REXO4. Each is linked with RPS2P7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS2P7 versus TBL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
