Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,330 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS2P44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are N4BP1_S300, N4BP1, and CGGBP1. Each is linked with RPS2P44 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P44-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS2P44 versus N4BP1_S300 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2P44→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2P44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
