RPS2P41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2P41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, WRNIP1, and SART3. Each is linked with RPS2P41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P41-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS2P41 versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS2P41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS2P41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
