Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,592 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with RPS2P2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS2P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS2P2 results are reported.
