Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS29P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,931 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS29P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Negative regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, and Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RPS29P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by RPS29P4-low versus RPS29P4-high in STAD.
