Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS29P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 271 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS29P30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-amino acid metabolic process, Regulation of JNK cascade, and Fructose metabolic process. Each is linked with RPS29P30 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29P30-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29P30 results are reported.
