Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS29P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,651 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS29P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with RPS29P2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly grouped by RPS29P2-low versus RPS29P2-high in STAD.
