RPS29

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,874 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS29-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, RIPK2, and CHST8. Each is linked with RPS29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS29-to-partner and partner-to-RPS29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
