RPS28P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,262 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS28P7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36, RPL13A, and UBA52. Each is linked with RPS28P7 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS28P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS28P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
