Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,283 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS28P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes, and Plus-end-directed organelle transport along microtubule. Each is linked with RPS28P7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28P7 results are reported.
