RPS28P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,618 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS28P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGPAT3, ELAVL1, and MZB1. Each is linked with RPS28P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS28P4 versus AGPAT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS28P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS28P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
