The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS28 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC are the cancer types where RPS28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
