RPS28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDLBP, RAD23A, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with RPS28 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS28 versus HDLBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
