Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP90, RN7SKP247, and LINC01935. Each is linked with RPS28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP90 grouped by RPS28-low versus RPS28-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
