Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,673 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Regulation of amyloid fibril formation, and Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Each is linked with RPS28 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS28 results are reported.
