RPS27P25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,116 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27P25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSI1, DICER1-AS1, and STK24-AS1. Each is linked with RPS27P25 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27P25-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27P25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P25 versus MSI1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27P25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27P25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
