Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,536 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27P23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RPS27P23 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27P23-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27P23 results are reported.
