RPS27L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,278 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS27L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2A2, SEC11A, and CIAO2A. Each is linked with RPS27L in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27L-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
