Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS27L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS27L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-271P, AQP7P4, and LINC01670. Each is linked with RPS27L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS27L-to-partner and partner-to-RPS27L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS27L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS27L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
